Exuberance!

Exuberance is something that flows from deep inside. It comes from those moments when you feel truly alive..... Exuberance has a zest for living and it overflows from the wells of deep and heartfelt gratitude, from the very precious fountains of the soul....

When the heart it full, it overflows with the exquisite music of the soul..... It expresses itself in the simple joy of life....

It allows itself it dance the dance of life, to the exquisite rhythms of the Cosmic Heartbeat....

It dances the dance of Love, simply because it WANTS to love unashamedly.... and not for what it may get in return...

Exuberance is best expressed with the heart and eyes of a child.... It looks for miracles and wonder everywhere!

It sees itself reflected in the beautiful unfolding of ALL of LIFE..... It rejoices at the birth of a new flower.... in the happy gurglings of a baby.....the birth of first blossoms of spring.... In the eyes of a Beloved...... In the laughter of children..... In playful happiness of puppies at play.....

Exuberance is a way of Expression that simply has no boundaries.... it spans time and space.... It is like a shooting star.... spreading thousands of Light-pieces, as it in turn lights up the lives of all around those around it.....

It comes in moments when two lovers meet, after a long separation... When at seeing each other they run towards each other.... then the bear-hugs..... the not wanting-to-let-go...... the tears of joy and overwhelming gratitude at being re-united at last!

Exuberance and miracles go hand-in-hand, for where exuberance expresses itself..... Miracles seem to be attracted to it and kind-of just happen..... For Exuberance is a vast pool of magnetic energy.

Exuberance only happens at those moments when we lose control.... when we let go and let the Universal Energy Flow simply express itself..... Our whole body starts reacting; - as if on its own accord.... the feet start itching.... the body starts swaying..... We start dancing the exquisite dance of life!

Exuberance is infectious.... it starts motivating all around it.... it puts the flame of hope into the eyes of those who lost their own dreams along the way and have given up on life.... It sparks enthusiasm..... It inspires.... It teaches, it touches lives in a myriad of ways.....

Exuberance is a great teacher.... it teaches us the truth about LOVE and LIGHT.... the true state of BEINGNESS.... the innate state of being AT-ONE!
